These terms apply to your use of pocketgiant.games, which is operated by Pocket Giant. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The website is an information site about our games; it does not sell anything or require an account.

Our games

Playing or downloading a game, for example through the App Store or a game's own website, is covered by that game's terms and privacy policy and by the store's terms, not by this page.

The exception is the Underdogs browser alpha at /underdogs/play/, which is part of this website and covered by these terms. You may play it for personal use. It is an early build under development, provided as it is: features and availability may change, and interruptions or defects may occur.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, artwork, logos, game names, screenshots and the home page animation, belongs to Pocket Giant or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the site and share links to it. Please ask us before copying or reusing our content for any other purpose, except where the law allows it, for example for press reviews or news reporting.

Other companies' names and logos, such as Apple and the App Store, belong to their owners. The "Download on the App Store" badge is used in line with Apple's guidelines.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, including social media platforms, the App Store and our games' websites. We do not control other organisations' sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but game availability, platforms and release plans can change, and the site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for the unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms and the date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the new terms.
